Our warehouse signs are engineered to perform in demanding environments. From climate fluctuations, personnel interactions and long-term use, they’re built to last. We use tough materials like high-density plastic, aluminium composites, and industrial-grade plywood to ensure each sign maintains its form and functionality over years of use.
Materials we use:
Expanded PVC – This is a mid-density plastic, and the most common substrate for internal use. Adhesive and print can be applied directly. It can be formed so the surface presents in the direction needed and can be easily installed in most situations.
Aluminium Composite – A union of thin aluminium sheets, sandwiching a polyethylene (PE) (typically) core, is an extremely durable solution for indoor and primarily outdoor use, which is chosen by most sign manufacturers for external commercial signage.
Medium Density Overlay (MDO) – industrial grade plywood boards which act as mounting structures for other signs, but also for implements to be attached which can be printed to, acting as a sign itself.
High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) – referred to by many in the sign industry as styrene, the material is rigid, strong and versatile, making it ideal for installation. It can be equipped with an adhesive back, pads, or drilled and attached to racking, shelving, storage mezzanines or even walls if needed.
We also use non-slip flexible materials for floor signs, UV-resistant coatings for prolonged outdoor use and to match existing signage in warehouses, we can opt for traditional vinyl for conformity.
