What Are Floor Label Frames.
Produced from aluminium, our floor label frames are a 3mm or 1.5mm thick plate with bevelled edges for wheels to ride up, a cutout in the centre for the label, and an anchor hole in each corner.
The frame is attached to the floor, and a label placed within the recess, preventing the label being impacted by material handling equipment (MHE). They are not indestructible, however they do considerably improved durability.
Characteristics:
Rectangle in shape, with rounded corners, the frames are designed to reduce impact stress from hard MHE wheels, which typically cause the most damage to floor labels. We use aluminium so there is protection to the label, without risk to the wheels, and to so there is no corrosion from surface moisture.
Perfect For:
Bulk storage locations, mobile storage bays and loading bays.
Clear Cover Window.
A clear cover sits on top of the label, so the barcode is further protected. The cover is loose so it can be removed and the label changed, which has been a concern for some manufacturing users.
Frame Dimensions.
Small enough to avoid, big enough to read.
Our frames are produced to specific tolerances and sizes which work with location reference content and scanning from MHE.
