Unprepared
We apply paint to a surface that is not prepared, which means we do not affect the concrete ahead of applying the paint.
This does not mean we ignore dust and debris. We would always make sure the surface is cleared and clean before applying the paint.
Unprepared simply means we are not roughening the concrete. This process therefore is far quicker with less equipment involved.
Paint Systems
We select from options in the epoxy resin, acrylic, and polyurethane families of paint. Each has a benefit for the area in which it will be used. Some are cheaper and good for low traffic areas, others more durable for higher traffic. All are at the mercy of the impact they receive.

How Can I Look After the Lines Once I Have Them?
Keeping the area clean and clear of debris is the easiest thing any facility can work on. However, we strongly recommend customers add to their training program. They should encourage clear lifting of pallets when maneuvering them, turning before or after the line, so they do not twist the paint surface, keeping areas clean and clear of debris and dirt, and removing damaged pallets, so they do not damage the floor markings.
How Long Will it Take to Install?
Our project teams create daily schedules of work, which allow us to forecast the work time needed to complete the entire line marking installation. Providing an exact figure for your project is only possible once we have all the details, but we are happy to do this as part of the quotation process.
What Colour Paints do You Have?
Most colours are available as you would expect, however industrial floor coating paints are not decorative, so the range is limited compared to the type you may see in your local domestic paint store.
